Equipment Checkout Policy

Equipment can be checked out for up to 1 week (7 days). The person checking out the equipment assumes responsibility for the equipment, when coming to checkout equipment an Eckerd ID must be presented. The equipment must be returned on time and in the same condition as it was received. If the equipment is returned late the following will occur:

• If I am a student, I will incur a late fee of $25 daily (maximum of $125)

• A “hold” will be placed on my account and I will lose privilege to check out equipment(s) from ITS in the future. 

• I understand that if I fail to return the equipment by the 5th day or, if I return the equipment with damages I will be responsible for the full cost of the equipment or cost to make repairs minus the late fee.
