Your Papercut Account
PaperCut is used to manage student printing. All students will receive a $60 credit in their account at the start of each academic year. Printing rates are $0.10 per page for black and white prints and $0.25 per page for color. Duplex prints are discounted 50% to encourage reduced paper consumption. Students can add funds online by logging into Papercut. Funds are refundable only for printing related issues documented below.
How to Print
Using Papercut is a 2 step process.
Submit a print job. Submit a print job by logging into papercut.eckerd.edu with your Eckerd username and password. Follow the Web Print menu to select a printer (Student-BW, Student-Duplex-BW, Student-Color, Student-Duplex-Color) and upload your file. When you submit a print job, Papercut will hold the job until you arrive at the printer station.
If you are working in the Eckerd Library, 24/7 Armacost Lab, or any other lab on campus, you can also print directly from the print dialogue in the program you are using. This will send print jobs directly to the selected printer for release.
If you are using any other machine, you can submit your job online using WebPrint. Instructions are listed below.
The following file types are allowed:

Release the print job. Once you arrive at the print station, you will see a print release computer work station for each printer. Release your job by logging into the desired release station, and clicking ‘Print’ for each job you want to release.
Black and White prints can be released at any of the locations below on campus. To print a Black and White job use the Student-BW or Student-Duplex-BW printer (for double-sided printing). Color printers are available in the Armacost Library. To print to those devices use the Student-Color or Student-Duplex-Color printer (for double-sided printing).
Check your Print Funds Balance
You can check your balance by logging into PaperCut. The initial landing page will provide a summary of your account including your balance.
Adding Funds
You can add funds online by logging in to PaperCut and clicking on the "Add Credit" link. You can add either $1, $2, $5, or $10. You can also pay with cash by using the pay station kiosk in the library print room.
Mobile Printing
You can print to the student printers using your Windows, Apple, Android, or iOS device. You must be connected to the Eckerd wireless (ECwifi) network to print using this app. This does not include the MyResNet network. You will be able to print to the Student-BW and Student Color printers. Black and White print jobs can be released at any location on campus. Color prints can be released in the Armacost Library.

Refunds
Paper-jams, toner problems, and print quality issues happen from time to time. If you have an issue with your print out, please keep a copy of the poor print out. You can request a refund online by following these steps.
Log into papercut.eckerd.edu
Click on Recent Print Jobs on the left
Find the print job that was produced poorly
Click on the request refund link
Fill in your reason for the request and then hit the Send button
Refunds will not be issued for:
Printing the wrong document
Unintended page formats, layouts, sizing, or zooming errors
Printing to color when you intended to print in monochrome
Printing the same document more times than needed
Copy Center
You can place printing requests online for items such as posters, certificates, forms, etc. You can also use this site to print standard documents that need custom finishing such as hole punching, stapling, folding, covers, binding, etc. When placing your order, you need to select, pick up at ITS Front Desk. the Copy Center delivers to campus once in the morning and once in the afternoon. You will receive an email notification when the job has been delivered.

Click on the "Add Credit" link on the left.
Note, even though this site is also using Papercut, it is a separate account. By default you will have a $0 balance. You cannot transfer between your student printing account and this account.
