• Coursedog: Room scheduling, campus site license

• Adobe Creative Cloud: Photo and video design software, 45 device licenses and 44 named user licenses.  (~$350 per year for additions)

• AirParrot: Wireless display from Windows to Apple TV, licenses provided to faculty and staff as requested.

• ArcGIS: Data mapping and analysis, campus site license

• Argos: Enterprise reporting tool, campus site license

• Axiom: Data integration tool, licensed per integration

• Chemdraw: Chemistry drawing software, campus site license

• Cheqroom: Equipment checkout system, licensed to track up to 1,000 assets

• MVIX: Digital signage software, licensed per display

• Ellucian Banner: Finance, Financial Aid, Human Resources, Student Records, campus site license

• Everbridge: Emergency notification system, 7500 contacts

• Goldfax: Online faxing service, licensed per fax line

• Google Workspace: Email, office application suite, online file storage, campus site license

• Mathematica: Data analysis and modeling, 50 concurrent users

• MATLAB: 5 concurrent users, 1 concurrent toolbox license.

• Maxient: Student Conduct Tracking/Title IX, campus site license

• PlatformQ: Online enrollment management meeting system, licensed for Admissions staff
