Select Update Profile under Account Management on the ECExperience homepage, or go directly to: https://passwords.eckerd.edu
Click Go to Reset Tool under Password Reset
Enter your myEckerd Username (the credentials coming before the '@eckerd.edu' in your Eckerd Gmail address) and login using your current password, cell phone, or challenge questions.
Enter your new password and click Reset
Note: your new password entry can NOT contain any remnant of a previously-used password. Each new entry must be entirely original, and satisfy both Active Directory and Eckerd G Suite. If you happen to receive a 'failed dictionary entry' error message, you must go back and select a new phrase--as that word may be prohibited.
This will change your password for:
Active Directory
Gmail
ECweb
Moodle
Library Databases
PaperCut
Etc.
Select Change Password under account management on the myEckerd homepage, or go directly to https://passwords.eckerd.edu

DO NOT utilize the 'Forgot Password' prompt on Google's login screen, as it you will not be able to proceed. Your Gmail password is not dictated by Google, but by ReACT.
* Accounts created before July 2018 have been given with challenge questions, and we periodically ask users to update their challenge questions and cell phone (SMS) information using the Update Profile Tool. If none of these methods work for you, please call ITS at (727)864-8318 and let us know that you are unable to reset your own password. Be sure to mention what error message you are receiving!
If you are unable to use the Reset Tool, please call 727-864-8318 and request a manual password change.
